STILL RAISING THE ROOF!
On Saturday 13th April we gave our 13th 'Raise the Roof' concert in Nunney Church. This series of concerts, now in its 5th year, is part of the village's fund-raising activities in connection with the church roof.

Mells Daffodil Festival

SALUTEMUS will be providing music in St Andrew's Church in Mells during their annual Daffodil Festival on Easter Monday - 9th April. We will have some singers and an organist performing some well-known and much loved music as well as some pieces that may be new to you. Come along at 12.30 or 2.30 to hear us and say hello!

Best Newcomer Award

Henry Spencer, trumpeter from the band JUNCTURE, was at Brewin Dolphin's Christmas Party on 1st December to receive the Best Newcomer Award for the 2011 Marlborough International Jazz Festival on behalf of his band.

Hunting Songs

SALUTEMUS provided an eclectic mix of Hunting Songs, dances and Christmas carols for the Selwood Foundation Christmas party at Manor House stables in Nunney. The programme included a song by Sir Richard Paget who lived at nearby Cranmore Hall and was a personal friend of the Pickthorn family who hosted the party.
