STILL RAISING THE ROOF!
On Saturday 13th April we gave our 13th 'Raise the Roof' concert in Nunney Church. This series of concerts, now in its 5th year, is part of the village's fund-raising activities in connection with the church roof.

Adam Sealey (violin), David Ellery (cello) and Paul Dowbekin (piano) provided an evening of Palm Court trios. These trios originated in large hotels as a more civilised version of the ubiquitous 'muzak' which assaults our ears wherever we go these days. Am I getting old and grumpy, I ask myself . . . ?
